So here we are. Just arrived in Portland. Its little chilly and its green all around. The transportation system is excellent. For $2.05, I boarded the Max light rail and it dropped me right in front of my hotel.
So far, I like the city; especially the view of downtown and Columbia river from my room’s balcony on the 13th floor of the hotel.
